3-month comprehensive integration & career program – CHF 3,200
A structured, step-by-step program designed to help you feel at home, gain clarity, and take real steps toward your professional and personal goals in Switzerland.

Program structure:
Our modular approach allows you to join the full program or start small with one module:
1️⃣ Find orientation – create stability, connect socially, and set yourself up for success
2️⃣ Find your mission and take action – determine your skills, explore opportunities, and tackle the Swiss job market
3️⃣ Discover across cultures – understand Swiss ways of working & living while staying true to yourself

Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6–9 months)
Flexibility: Each module can also be booked separately

Who we are

Susanne Widmer
Born and raised in Lucerne, I have lived in several countries and know what it means to arrive in a new place. For over 12 years I worked with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, gaining deep insights into the realities of expat families worldwide. Today, as a certified intercultural coach, I combine this experience with my international background to support accompanying partners in Switzerland in building confidence, orientation, and — if they wish — their next professional step.

Adrian Mathis
With more than 18 years of experience as a business coach and adult educator, I support people and institutions in developing their potential and shaping change processes. My approach is highly individual, combining structure with creativity — and at heart, I remain a passionate musician, which shapes the way I connect with people and inspire them to grow.

Together, we combine professional coaching expertise with a deep understanding of international transitions.
